Charts: Big Cities Will Get Much Less Money Under Alexander Bill, Says CAP

Let's talk about the Senate bill's formula "portability" provisions determining which states and districts get more or less funding than under current law. According to CAP, the Alexander bill would be a big loser for large districts and high-poverty states. Click the link to get all the details.
