The vast White Ring Conspiracy and unfortunately in my lifetime and experiences this cartoon is reality and not very funny. If I am reading this cartoon correctly which through humor is identifying and making a point, minorities are basically following whites into their communities, while the whites continue seek to flee the minorities. A sad state of affairs and a terrible cycle that I do not find funny.
