A Post-Valentines' Day Education Party In New Haven

The Yale Education Leadership Conference is sort of like a mini New Schools Venture Fund event -- lots of well-educated mostly young educationistas meeting together to talk about school reform and inspire outgoing Yale grad students to join the parade.  Last year's event, hosted by the Yale School of Mangement, featured Paul Tough and Wendy Kopp, natch.  This year's event (Yale Education Leadership Conference) is going to be held February 15 and will include such luminaries as Green Dot's Steve Barr, New Leaders' Jon Schnur, NSVF's Jordan Meranus, and -- a new name to me -- Gates Foundation PO for the Northeast, Adam Tucker.
