Cartoons: Another Education Mystery To Ponder
What publication, year, and article does this illustration come from?

No Googling (or TinEye, either).
Some of you will know it instantly. In fact, it will induce strong emotions in a few readers, even -- clue! -- all these years later.
Compared to the previous mystery videos ("Mention My Name" (In Paducah), "Kids These Days") which remain unsolved, by the way, this is an easy one.
This one is annoying me, because I’ve seen that kid with the creepy glasses before, and therefore the image in general. This is going to bug me now.
