Campaign 2012: Credit Students For Moderator Gender Balance

image from graphics8.nytimes.comThere's no Rachel Maddow in the lineup (yet), but you can credit 3 NJ teenagers at least in part for the announcement that this year's debate moderators are evenly divided between men and women, says the NYT (via Petrilli). You may have helped, too -- if you signed the Change.org petition.  Pat yourself on the back if you did.

Now, are there going to be more than one or two education questions from the moderators, and substantive responses from the candidates?  Where's the petition for that?
