Oh, goody, the creationsim/evolution debate is flaring up again. Maybe *that's* what we'll get for an education question during the Presidential debates.

I’m pretty sure I was just punched in the libertarian part of my brain by a childhood hero. Human freedom to believe whatever you choose, as long as it doesn’t impact others negatively, is a personal belief of mine, and while he *claims* to have that viewpoint, predicting creationism will be gone within 200 years in no different than saying “that’s outdated and foolish”, the kind of talk that sparks anger and emotional debate. Not the intellectual debate he, as a scientist, should promote.
