Video Interlude: A Hundred "One Percent Solutions"
A New York City subway staircase with one step slightly higher than the others was tripping everyone up -- day after day, week after week. What's the equivalent of the uneven step in your classroom, school, or organization?
Interesting metaphor. Especially considering it’s fitting in that the exceptions, those 1%, do trip up the rest of the economic class.
