It’s not fair that teachers are subject to so little evaluation. 5 hours in 8 years? That is, to put it bluntly, obscene.

We keep revisiting this issue. Yes, it is an issue. When is someone going to listen? Does anyone know who is supposed to be listening. We all are probably nodding our heads in agreement but at the same time pointing fingers at who is responsible. Let us start to make a difference at whatever level we are positioned in so it can connect to to each other level and make a change. Education is the responsibility of everyone.
