Quotes: Let's Grade Kids (And Adults?) On Their Failures
I've always thought that schoolchildren should be marked by the number of failures they've had. - Inventor James Dyson on the importance of creative failure (via Kottke)

Why would anyone grade a person on their failures? Even the most sucessful people have failed plenty of times.A person failures do make them a better person, but it does't make the person. A persons failures doesn't determine what they will be able to do in the future either.
