Of course raising a kid is more expensive. College tuition is higher, gas prices, including heating, are higher. Even groceries have increased because it costs more to ship them. I don't see that ever changing.

Regarding Chaparral High School, it sounds like change worked. And that makes me wonder if the complete overhaul my high school is doing next year will be an equal success.
