More than 20 states have changed their charter laws since 2011 -- the roughly half of them around the much-needed issues of accountability and authorization. Via NAPC.

So the trend of cap lifting is indeed on the way out? I do find it interesting that accountability wasn’t more of the focus to begin with, considering NCLB is in place and has been.
