I thought, in order for something to be an epidemic, a majority of the population had to face it. I highly doubt a majority of students cheat. There isn’t a reason for students to on standardized tests anyway.

And, I'd actually like to hear more from Gates in depth on his views. I know he believes high school students aren't really prepared for the "real world" or for the pressures of college and was, himself, a college drop out. If anyone understands the failures in the educational system, I'd expect he has somewhat of a grasp.
