It's been reported that CPS has cut art, recess, and geography to focus on math and reading but I assume that CPS students understand that Chicago is not "landlocked"

Hmm... whatever he’s saying, Gorbachev looks equal parts tired, confused, disgusted.... and hungry. The same way I feel when traveling abroad.
