Update: Five Best Blogs Of All Time

Here are my nominees for Five Best Blog Posts Of All Time, a completely arbitrary list based on my faulty memory, the online hubbub they created, and subjective sense of real-world impact (ie, mainstream coverage):

Nominee 1: @kenmlibby "How'd Steve Barr Spend $50,866?"http://ow.ly/8syKI

Nominee 2: @garyrubinstein's "Why I did TFA, and why you shouldn’t" http://ow.ly/8szep

Nominee #3: @eduwonkette's "It's a Small World After All" http://ow.ly/8sBIs

Nominee #4: GFBrandenburg's "The Rhee Miracle Examined Again" http://ow.ly/8tAeT

Nominee #5: @dropoutnation's "The AFT's Real Feelings About Parent Power" http://ow.ly/8u5jp

What'd I miss?  What's wrong with this list? Where are the pro-reform examples?  What does it mean that I couldn't think of more examples of earth-shattering blog posts (besides my own, that is)?

Hi!
My name is Heather and I work for Worth Ave. Group. We’re currently holding a contest for K-12 teachers to win grants for their schools, and iPads or iPods for their classrooms. If you’re interested in participating, feel free to email me or visit the link I’ve posted below.
Have a great day!

I for one vote for my former Schools Matter colleague Ken Libby. He blew the lid off a major scandal, that did get picked up (albeit tepidly) by the corporate media. Brandenburg and Rubenstein's pieces are excellent.

Did you really nominate R. Biddle for his right wing support of charter power laws? The only mistake the AFT made was not proudly claiming that slide show.

[edited for content and tone - personal attacks and overheated language not allowed, sorry.]

If posting a link to an Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper merits that degree of censorship, then I demand deletion of my entire comment.

Nominee #6: @roxannaelden's "Dear Technology: It's Complicated" http://ow.ly/8zFdU @seemeafterclass
