Video Interlude: Biden & Duncan Make A Roadside Stop
VP Biden stops to talk to a bunch of kids by the roadside and Duncan steps out to join the party just in case. None of the kids (or adults) seem to notice Duncan standing there until Biden tells them who Duncan is (in charge of the whole education department... and a great basketball player).
