The Secretary will join Attorney General Eric Holder, NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and 2011 Miss America Teresa Scanlon to take part in this year’s first of four Let’s Read. Let’s Move. summer enrichment events sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education. The Secretary, Holder and Abdul-Jabbar will each read a children's book and Miss America Teresa Scanlon will join the children in playing games and participating in fitness activities.
