President Obama said that too much testing makes education boring, and that performance should be measured in more ways than test scores. Classic administration double-talk. It's getting boring.Déjà Vu on the Whole "Turnaround" ThingRick Hess:  When it comes to something like school improvement, something that's a matter of practice, fidelity of implementation, and on-the-ground commitment, the frustrating fact is that federal policymakers can't really do much.
