Events: Which Ten States Not Going To "Collaborpalooza"?

110120_CB_snobsTN EIA's Mike Antonucci notes that districts in ten states [Alabama, Idaho, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming] didn't even apply to go to the Denver summit just after Valentine's Day.  Why not these states, he wonders?  They're  "weak labor states and angry labor states." (Who’s Ditching Collaborpalooza?)
