DUNCAN: Secretary Waves "Bye Bye" To Rhee
He'll say 'bye to Rhee (she actually had her last day on Friday I think) and then head to the UK.
I still wonder if she holds a grudge against Duncan et al for not supporting her more strongly during the last weeks before the primary.
Nothing about it in Rhee and Fenty's oped over the weekend (here).
Maybe Richard Whitmire will get into some of that in his new semi-authorized biography on Rhee.
Anyone doing a bio of Duncan, I wonder?
