This is true. In other countries, public schools are the most neglected in terms of education. Other schools struggle to keep their students educated by sharing books with a ratio of maybe 3:1 or could be worse! And these books aren't even the new version. Often, they are hand-me-downs from private schools and most of them are not in great shape or aren't covered well.
Even during storms and floods, their school would turn into rivers, with a huge amount of water going inside the classrooms.
