I don't see how someone can read the Common Core Standards, which include things like knowing how to use fractions and percentages, and think these are skills that students in any community need not know.

I agree on Kevin Jennings. In order to become successful for a Safe and Drug-Free Schools, it should be first started on schools' environment because as we can see, this might be the major source of illegal drugs.
