REFORM?: EdWeek's Arne Duncan Obamicon

Six months after the Obamicon craze peaked, EdWeek has this illustration of Arne Duncan that accompanies his new commentary about the need to turn around failing schools (Start Over).

Longtime readers may remember the grainy image that I published early on when he was confirmed as EdSec (From Hope To Hoop).

To its credit, the EdWeek version does capture a certain open-mouthed, quizzical expression on Duncan's face. Reform?
