While New York City is trying rewards and incentives for kids, parents, and even teachers (aka "school-based bonuses"), charter operator KIPP is doing the same for its teachers in the form of trips to the Caribbean.
It's proving controversial in some quarters, but again I don't see the problem unless it gets crazy out of hand.
