AFT Blogger Gets Big TFA Job

AFT Michele is headed to TFA, according to Joe Williams. It's an interesting move for everyone involved.  TFA has traditionally kept itself far away from establishment education groups, and for many years lacked much of a federal presence.  Communications work is not the most common path to policy work.  And blogging has usually gotten people fired, not hired.  But AFT's loss is clearly TFA's gain -- Michele has been a smart and funny part of the edusphere.  Get all the details here:  Democrats for Education Reform. Congrats, condolences.
